Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm  - WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE SEMINAR:

• Ladies this is for you, regardless of your fitness level or your prior experience!
• This 2 hour seminar will cover fundamental Gracie Jiu Jitsu techniques that ALL women can use in a real life self-defense sitiation.
• Please wear yoga type pants, t-shirt that covers your shoulders and flip-flops.
