My son, Andrew (14 years old), has been training in BJJ for over a year now. He started training with another instructor/school, and he did well in competition and fell in love with the art. Our kids started BJJ over two and a half years ago and have enjoyed every minute of it. The kids Jiu Jitsu program is stellar and provides the best foundation for the kids, not only with self defense (anti bullying), but with self discipline and confidence. Another bonus is the physical conditioning that they receive from training. They have been able to keep in shape during the off season of their other sports, which allows them to get back to training for soccer, etc. without missing a beat. Great instructors, great kids! The best martial arts school in Howard County! This is authentic Gracie Jiu Jitsu. They give real situations like being approached by a bully. The lessons taught here go far beyond the mat and into their daily lives.
